Panshiyu is a small sandbank full of white biological sand, with an area of about 0.06 square kilometers and an altitude of 2.5 meters. The reef is 8 kilometers long from east to west and 4 kilometers wide from north to south, covering an area of about 26 square kilometers.

Reefs are well developed, which can be slightly exposed at low tide and submerged at high tide. The "gate" is in the southwest corner, and a 10 ton boat can enter the "basket". Reef heads are developed in the shallow lake, and the water depth is within 15 meters.
