Honghe bridge is the largest bridge on Yuanjiang Mohei Expressway in Yunnan Province. It is located in Yuanjiang County, Yunnan Province. It spans Honghe River and adopts 58 + 182 + 265 + 194 + 70m prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame. The total width of the bridge is 22.5m and the height of the main pier is 122m. When completed, it is the tallest bridge in the world. The maximum lifting weight of cantilever casting is 312 tons. The main girder was constructed by cantilever casting method, which was completed and opened to traffic in December 2002.

Yunnan Honghe bridge is located in the northwest of Yuanjiang County, Yunnan Province. It is a super large bridge on Yuanjiang Mohei expressway of national highway 213. The bridge was jointly designed by Yunnan Transportation Planning and Design Institute and Beijing Jianda road and Bridge Consulting Co., Ltd. and was completed in May 2003.
The Honghe bridge spans a V-shaped deep valley with a depth of more than 170 m. It adopts a continuous rigid frame with five unequal spans and a main span of 265 M. The total length of the bridge is 801m. 56.66 m of the first span in the plane is located in the transition curve with a radius of 800 m and an angle of 1451'25 ", and the other spans are on the straight line.
The base course of the bridge is slightly weathered slate, the abutment and No.1 and No.4 side piers adopt expanded foundation, the No.2 and No.3 middle piers adopt group pile foundation, and 20 piles with a diameter of 2m are set under the bearing platform.
The box girder of the bridge adopts single box and single cell structure with straight web, which is light and beautiful. 2. The height of single "t" box girder of No.3 main pier changes according to 1.5 times parabola, and the height of other main girder adopts 2 times parabola. The thickness of the bottom plate is changed by twice parabola. Three standard gradients of 40 cm, 50 cm and 60 cm are adopted for the thickness of the box girder web, only slightly thickened at the end of the side span beam and the zero block of the main beam.
The top beam of Pier 2 and pier 3 is 14.5m high with height span ratio of 1 / 18.3; the thickness of bottom slab at the root is 130cm with thickness span ratio of 1 / 127; the thickness of web at the root is 60cm with thickness span ratio of 1 / 442; the thickness of web at the middle span is only 40cm; the transverse cantilever length of top slab of box girder is up to 5.5m. Two 40 cm thick diaphragms are set at the closure section of secondary side span and middle span respectively.
The main piers of this bridge adopt double column thin-wall pier body, the outer contour of pier body is rectangular, and the transverse bridge width of pier body is the same as that of box bottom, i.e. 11.5m.
Yunnan Honghe bridge won the first prize of excellent design of Yunnan Province in 2006. Its unique structural characteristics can be summarized into three points.
① Diaphragms are set at the closure section of the middle span
Because the middle span of the bridge is large and there are many steel tendons in the middle floor of the middle span, the longitudinal prestressing force is arranged along the floor curve, which produces radial force on the floor. For the floor which is only 32cm thick near the middle of the span, it is difficult to bear the radial force within a certain length range. After the diaphragm is set in the middle of the span, due to the strong function of the diaphragm, the inner diameter force will be balanced by the diaphragm within a certain range from the middle of the span, which is very beneficial to the bottom plate.
② Setting radial force balance reinforcement
In order to prevent the floor from splitting due to the radial force of longitudinal steel bundle, radial force balance reinforcement is set in the floor according to the calculation requirements, that is, "[" type reinforcement is used to frame the upper and lower transverse reinforcement of the floor. The upper and lower edges of the bottom plate are stressed as a whole.
③ Diaphragms are set for high piers
