It is a national key cultural relic protection unit and a huge stone tablet of the Tang Dynasty. Located in the west of Jiefang street, Zhengding County, Hebei Province. The monument was erected in the first year of Yongtai (765). Its height is 6 meters, width is 2.5 meters, thickness is 0.48 meters, turtle seat, double dragon holding forehead, magnificent shape, fine carving. Zhuan amount "Tang Qinghe Jun Wang Ji Gong Zai Zheng song.". There are 29 lines of regular script in the inscriptions, totaling 1398 words, of which 1007 words are extant. The contents are the eulogizing words of Li Baochen, the military governor of Chengdu at that time, and the name and official position of the person who erected the monument. Calligraphy is natural and unrestrained, which is praised by calligraphers of all dynasties.
