Shifeng Park is located in Shifeng District, north of Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. This unit is a state-owned enterprise and institution. The main peak is 167.38 meters above sea level, with a relative height of 120 meters. At about 14:00 on April 7, 2014, a public security case caused by a dispute occurred in the cherry garden of Shifeng Park in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province.

After receiving the alarm, Shifeng branch of Zhuzhou Public Security Bureau immediately sent personnel to the scene for investigation and disposal. According to preliminary investigation, two barbecue stall owners had a dispute with three other vendors due to blocked passage, which led to a fight, resulting in four minor injuries on both sides.

A child falls into the water in Shifeng Park, Zhuzhou
