Xitang Wangxian bridge, built in Song Dynasty, is located in front of Fuyuan palace in Zhennan, Hong Kong. It was originally a single hole stone platform wooden board bridge. It is said that Tang Liqiao, a Taoist of Fuyuan palace in Song Dynasty, was named after Wangxian.

Wangxian bridge, Chengdu
In the south of Qingyang Hengjie across the Qingshui River, there is a large-scale antique stone arch bridge with five bridge openings. There is no bridge name engraved on the bridge. At the south end of the bridge, there is a white sign with the words "Wangxian bridge". But at the north end of the bridge, there is an aluminum alloy sign with the words "Wanli Bridge riverside green space". This is Wangxian bridge.
origin
For thousands of years, people have been searching for the heavy accumulation left by history on the riverside of Songxian bridge. Wangxian bridge, together with the nearby Songxian bridge, has become one of the most folk landscapes in Bazi, Western Sichuan.
It is said that on the third of March, the people went to a temple fair and the eight immortals came here to enjoy themselves with the people. In the vicinity of sanhualou, Qingyang Palace today, people see he Xiangu scattering colorful flowers on the sanhualou. The address of Baihua bridge today is the location of Yuxian bridge in those days. Later, people enjoy Shu Brocade and bamboo weaving of Shu people with eight immortals. They walk all the way along HUANHUAXI (today's Qingyang Street) to Songxian bridge. When the time comes, eight immortals leave at the head of Songxian bridge and scatter countless treasures People ran to Wangxian bridge, not far from the bridge, to see off the eight immortals.
According to the map of 30 years of Guangxu, the urban map of Chengdu, which was mapped in 1904, the bridge marked at this location is called "Wangxian bridge". The street at both ends of the bridge is called "wangxianchang", which is now "Qingyang Cross Street". It is directly connected with the Mountain Gate of Qingyang palace. It used to be on this street to catch up with Qingyang palace market. The same is true of the local old Chengdu people. After the Baihuatan bridge on the first ring road was built in 1961, Wangxian bridge was demolished because it hindered flood discharge. At the end of 1997, Wanli Bridge (laonanmen bridge), which was demolished in February 1995, was built there. The original Wanli Bridge is a seven hole stone arch bridge, and now the imitated bridge is a five hole stone arch bridge. The stone slab inlaid on the bridge railing is embossed with the story of the Three Kingdoms. Therefore, this bridge has the name of Wanli Bridge. Some old Chengdu people recall that the original Wangxian bridge was a five hole stone arch bridge across the Qingshui River. It was tall and magnificent. The length of the bridge is about 110 meters, the width is about 20 meters, and the highest point is about 10 meters above the ground. Standing on the bridge, you can have a panoramic view of Qingyang palace. Qingyang palace is a holy land of Taoism. According to folklore, February 15 of the lunar calendar is the birthday of Laojun. During this period, temple fairs are held, and all kinds of immortals come to catch up with the fairs. Standing on the bridge, you can see the meeting of gods at the temple fair, so people call this bridge "Wangxian bridge". If Wangxian bridge, Yuxian bridge and Songxian bridge are connected, they will form an isosceles triangle with two waists of about 500 meters and the bottom of about 730 meters. The gate of Qingyang palace is on the foot of an isosceles triangle.
Xianqiao is prosperous
Some place names in Chengdu are closely related to the legends of immortals. For example, Wangxian bridge and Dahong Temple Street.
Taishanglaojun's party
There used to be three immortal bridges in Chengdu, namely, Wangxian bridge, which used to be Qingyang Hengjie crossing the South River of Jinjiang River; Yingxian bridge (also known as Yuxian bridge) at the east end of Qingyang Zhengjie crossing the Xijiao River; Songxian bridge, which used to be Qingyang Shangjie crossing the bottom river at the west end of Qingyang Shangjie. The three bridges are in the shape of horns, and the famous Taoist temple Qingyang palace is among them. Many people are confused because they haven't seen these bridges and they don't know where they are. It doesn't matter. Just listen to the story.
It is said that every February 15 of the lunar calendar is Laojun's birthday. At that time, there will be a temple fair and a flower fair. Laozi will also hold a grand party in Qingyang palace. All the immortals will come to get together. It's common for immortals to participate in such activities, and they won't be so excited that they can't sleep. However, the mortal gods and immortals are very excited. A few days in advance, they spread the news through microblog or QQ in the name of cheering group fans. They gathered on Wangxian bridge and danced with fluorescent sticks to call their idols. They are waiting there with their eyes on. The immortals came to Wangxian bridge quickly, then walked slowly on the red carpet on Yingxian bridge, paid their respects as they walked, and then signed their names on the signature wall with their dust cane, ox whip and sheep tail broom. The immortals entered the central venue, and the immortals still gathered outside for a long time. Even if they can only smell the aroma of wine in the field, they are also very happy. On the day when the immortals left, the feeling of loss shrouded in the bridge. The fans pull banners and shout their sacred names hoarsely, weeping to say goodbye to the immortals This is the legend of the three fairy bridges.
The sound of the city
The most impressive of the three bridges is Wangxian bridge. Of course, I didn't see immortals on the bridge. I only saw all the living beings and the vegetarian food in cloth clothes. The Wangxian bridge I saw when I was a child was a five hole stone bridge. The bridge was long and arched. The cracks in the stone slabs on the bridge deck were like tortoise stripes. The ruts of Jigong were more than an inch deep. The driver of the cart sweated like rain and roared. The sparks between the horse's hooves and the stone slabs splashed everywhere. It took a lot of effort to cross the arch back and cross the bridge. There are almost no empty handed pedestrians on the bridge, either carrying bamboo baskets, baskets and firewood, or carrying long fir poles and newly built wooden cabinets, looking at the bridge in a hurry. Wangxian bridge has a stone guardrail, which is very thick, but I can't remember whether there are patterns on it. Looking down the river from the guardrail, the river is fast and clear, and the boatman is supporting the wooden boat with a pole.
The east end of Wangxian bridge is the busiest part of Qingyang cross street. Several restaurants gathered at the end of the bridge. There were two rows of slick bacon hanging on the top of the kitchen near the street. There was a cheerful fire at the bottom of the iron pot. The steaming cage next to it generously sprinkled the fragrance on the street. Next door, there were milky waves rolling in the mutton cauldron, and the waiters were running away with sweat. In front of the two tea shops are full of chicken buses, scooters and baskets, and there is a buzzing noise like a bee colony in a cauliflower field. At that time, the south end of wangxianqiao was the largest agricultural and sideline products market in the western suburbs, wangxianchang. Rice flour and wheat bran, vegetables, melons and fruits, hoe pole, bucket bamboo mat, chicken, duck, pig and sheep, casserole bowl, hookah grass paper, plaster pill all gathered in it. At ordinary times, the crowd was like weaving, and every day was even more crowded. The disordered crowd and the noise add a lot of life to wangxianqiao. When the field is scattered, the unique local flavor will diffuse on the bridge for a long time, and it seems that it will never disperse. Later, when I saw the part of the bridge in the picture of Qingming River, I felt that the scene was so similar to the Wangxian bridge I saw when I was a child!
In the 1960s, Baihuatan bridge was built not far from the downstream of Wangxian bridge. In terms of traffic demand, Wangxian bridge had lost its function. Considering the need of flood control, Wangxian bridge was demolished. But more than 10 years ago, in order to restore the memory of history, a cement stone arch bridge was built at its original site. I visited it twice and found that the radian was much smaller than that of the old Wangxian bridge, and the surrounding area was far from the bustling scene of the past.
Welcome to Xianqiao
Yingxian bridge, like Wangxian bridge, was once a beautiful place. This bridge is at the intersection of Qingyang main street and Qintai Road. It was originally a stone bridge with arched holes. The guardrail is made of stones, which is not high. Occasionally, pedestrians sit on it to have a rest and cool. Xijiao river flows through the bridge and immediately joins with Baihua Lake of Jinjiang River. At that time, the river water was abundant, and the two rivers did not give in to each other, stirring up waves and forming several big eddies. In the old days, some people couldn't figure out what to do and couldn't get through it. They often came here to find short ideas. Chengdu people sometimes satirize people and like to say: under the Yingxian bridge, Baihua Lake is not covered, you can jump!
Yingxian bridge was once a scenic spot, and Qingyang Main Street, where it is located, was once very busy. Qingyang main street is a typical street of Guchang town. On both sides of the street are traditional wooden mortise houses with one floor and one floor, which are full of restaurants, goods stores, oil press houses, blacksmith shops, photo studios and teahouses. In the 1960s, a hundred flowers theater was built. It played Sichuan Opera for two years, and later released movies. I remember that the films were first shown in other cinemas in the city. This is the second round. The ticket price is lower, which has attracted a large number of audiences, and cinemas have been popular for nearly 20 years.
In the 1980s, the Funan River project led to the thorough renovation of both sides of the river. The old houses and dilapidated houses in Qingyang main street were swept away and became a quiet street. Under the shade of roadside trees, Yingxian bridge, which is integrated with the road surface, is hard to be found again, especially when you sit on Volkswagen or Audi and enjoy the Divine Comedy like Tianlu. The only way to identify Yingxian bridge is the imitation of Sanhua building on the roadside.
Among the three immortal bridges, only the Songxian bridge is still well known. The reason is very simple. On the side of the reconstructed Songxian bridge is the largest antique art city in Southwest China. The songxianqiao antique art city is located between Qingyang palace, Dufu thatched cottage, Baihuatan Park and cultural park. It is also close to Sichuan Provincial Museum. You can find antiques, calligraphy and paintings, gold and stone ivory carvings, ancient furniture, ebony root carvings, stamps and coins, military backpacks, Thangka knives and other collections here. Even if you are on the stall by the river or in the passage, you may find something you are looking for. Since there are these
