The origin of the name

Construction history

The owner of the education farm is Ms. Zhang Aiwen, who is called Aiwen education farm. In September 1997, she and her husband, Mr. Zeng Zhaoyu, visited Gaoming from Hong Kong. They selected Fengshui land at the foot of Ludong mountain and bought more than 100 mu of hillside land. They planned to build a villa here to facilitate business and leisure. However, after their investigation in various places, they felt that many young people grew up in a peaceful and happy environment and "did not know five grains" and "did not know six livestock". It is necessary to educate them, but the dogmatic and dull education is out of date. Why not combine education with entertainment, get joy in education, get education in joy and complement each other? As a result, Ms. Zhang changed her original intention, expanding more than 100 mu to more than 500 mu, investing more than 11 million yuan, using local materials, cutting mountains to build roads, building stone walls, designing and doing things by herself. After several years of hard work, Aiwen farm has become more and more perfect. Many primary and secondary schools, enterprises and associations in the province have organized primary and secondary school students and staff to visit. Many units also require the farm to become their education base. The provincial, municipal and district science and technology associations are also designated as popular science education bases. After visiting, all groups and units can arrange to plant a tree in the farm as a permanent memorial. Every plant, brick and tile has special educational significance.
