Xiangwang Temple

Xiangwang temple is a historic site. Located in today's Changyang County, Hubei Province, the temple is dedicated to the statue of Jue Jun.

Historical evolution

It is said that the "Bajun Nanjun man" in Wuluo Zhongli mountain has five surnames: Ba, fan, Chen, Xiang and Zheng. The later BA's son, Wu Xiang, is in charge of five surnames, which is called Zhujun. The local people in Shinan and Changyang all called Wu Xiang Wang, or Xiang Wang.
