Langxia ecological park

Langxia ecological park, with a total area of 51 square kilometers, was built in 2000. It is a modern agricultural park at the municipal level in Shanghai. It is a pilot and demonstration area for the construction of a new socialist countryside in Shanghai. It is also a youth patriotism activity base in Jinshan District. The park is a comprehensive agricultural development zone integrating production, processing, demonstration, promotion, scientific research, tourism and leisure. A modern agricultural park integrating production, life and ecology has emerged. At present, it has won three national honorary titles of "national rural tourism demonstration site", "national agricultural products processing industry demonstration base" and "national basic farmland protection demonstration area".

Basic introduction

Langxia town is the location of Jinshan modern agricultural park, which is the only one of all modern agricultural parks in Shanghai to implement the administrative system of town district integration.

In terms of influence in Shanghai, Jinshan modern agricultural park is the leader of the second round of development of modern agricultural park in Shanghai (the first round is Pudong Sunqiao Modern Agricultural Park, a unique one; in the second round, there are modern agricultural parks in nine suburbs of Shanghai), and it is a demonstration area for new rural construction and modern agricultural park construction in new suburbs.

As far as Jinshan District is concerned, it is one of the three key strategic development areas in Jinshan District (agricultural park, new urban area, industrial area and coastline). It is the only pollution-free rice produced locally in Shanghai, and is also the goal The first one is the most expensive domestic rice in China; the fourth one is the national demonstration base of agricultural products processing industry, covering an area of 4 square kilometers, in which there are agricultural products distribution centers with an investment of nearly 60 million yuan, all of which are writing about agriculture; the last one is the second batch of national small town reform pilot towns.

Shao Qiwei, director of the National Tourism Administration, inspected Langxia in July 2006 and proposed that "the modern agricultural tourism brand under Langxia should be promoted to the whole country!"
