Safety tips

2. When you go to the hot spring area, you must wear swimsuit and slippers and be careful of the slippery floor. Choose a hot spring pool suitable for your own temperature, generally from warm to hot, and soak for about 15 minutes each time, that is, you should go ashore for a short rest, and then soak in the high temperature pool for no more than 10 minutes.

3. For those who are not suitable for the first soaking or who have been soaking for a long time, they will generally feel uncomfortable, such as dry mouth or chest tightness. At this time, they should go ashore immediately for a rest, and drink a glass of water or drink to relieve the discomfort.

4. Those who suffer from serious heart disease, hypertension, physical discomfort or pregnancy are not suitable for immersion in the pool; unless permitted by the doctor and accompanied by a special person, alcoholics are not suitable for immersion in the pool.

5. Wash the body with clean water after bath, but do not use soap or bath liquid to preserve the minerals absorbed by the skin surface.
