Qiandeng Lake

Qiandeng lake is located in Guicheng Street, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It (Qiandeng Lake phase I) starts from the north gate of Huigang Park, Haisan road in the South and ends at Haiwu road in the north. Two urban landscape roads, South 7 and south 8, run through the East and West sides, with a width of about 280 meters in the East and West, covering an area of about 302 mu. It is a fully open park. The park is mainly composed of Qiandeng lake and citizen square. From July 1999 to August 2001, it was built and put into use. After completion, there are more than 1300 landscape lights in total. In October 2016, Nanhai cultural center, the new landmark of Qiandeng lake, laid the foundation on the west side of Qiandeng lake. It will build a high-end cultural carrier integrating library, cultural center, performing arts center, Youth Service Center, exhibition and art venues.
