Hebei Institute of architecture and engineering is a full-time undergraduate college of architecture in Hebei Province. It is an ordinary college with higher education enrollment qualification approved by the Ministry of education. Founded in 1950, the school is located in Zhangjiakou, a famous city outside the Great Wall with the reputation of "the most beautiful blue sky in northern China". The school covers an area of 960 mu, with a construction area of 320000 square meters and a total fixed assets value of more than 100 million yuan. The school has nearly 700 teaching staff, including 491 full-time teachers, 282 with senior professional titles, 101 professors, 414 with doctor's and master's degrees, and more than 70 with national certified professional qualification.
