Beihai Vocational College

College nature - Beihai vocational college is the only public college run by Beihai Municipal People's government. It enrolls Three-year Full-time college students from senior high schools nationwide. It was approved by the people's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and registered by the Ministry of education on August 8, 2003. The former Beihai normal school has a history of more than 30 years.

Major setting: the college now offers 39 majors, including port logistics equipment and automatic control, hotel management, preschool education, project cost, construction project management, etc. Among them, port logistics equipment and automatic control and hotel management were approved by the Ministry of education at the end of 2013, which were supported by the central government in 2011. Hotel management and logistics management were approved by the regional demonstration training base in 2012 and 2013, respectively; Logistics management major won the construction project of Autonomous Regional Advantageous specialty in 2014; port logistics equipment and automation, automobile detection and maintenance two majors won the project approval of Guangxi vocational education demonstration specialty and training base in 2015; application of electronic technology won the project approval of Guangxi vocational education demonstration specialty and training base in 2016.

Training conditions: there are 118 on Campus Training (experimental) sub rooms, including machinery, logistics, electronics, art design, finance, catering, etc., and 87 off campus contracted training bases have been established in cooperation with industry enterprises. Among them, the port equipment and automatic control training base and hotel management training base have become demonstration training bases for Higher Vocational Education in the autonomous region.

There are 8798 full-time students, including 6460 three-year vocational students and 2338 five-year consistent students.
