Dalian Fengye vocational and technical college is an ordinary higher vocational and technical college approved by Liaoning provincial government and registered by the Ministry of education.

Dalian Port college is the only port higher education institution approved by Liaoning Provincial Department of education. It is an excellent school in Liaoning Province and an honest school in Dalian city.
