Hainan Vocational College of science and technology

Hainan Vocational College of science and technology is located in Haikou campus of the former Central Academy of fine arts, which was supported and founded by Nanchang Aerospace Science and Technology Group in 2007. Our college is an ordinary higher vocational college approved by the people's Government of Hainan Province and registered by the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China.

The college is 2.5km away from the new provincial Party committee compound; the college covers an area of 420 mu, with another water area of 160 mu, and plans to add 500 mu of land in 2011. It is planned to have 6000 students in September 2009 and 11000 students in 2010.

Our hospital carries out expert study. At present, there are 3 doctoral tutors, 2 master tutors, 3 experts enjoying subsidies from the State Council and 4 doctors. The presidents of 11 branches are all professors or doctors with teaching and management experience in Colleges and universities. Associate Professor Yang Xiuying, President of the Institute, has ten years of experience in running colleges and universities. Among the full-time teachers, professors and associate professors account for more than 30%, and the faculty can be guaranteed.

The college adheres to the trinity of production, learning and research, and attaches great importance to the transformation of scientific research achievements. In one year, our college has obtained 8 patent applications, 6 scientific research projects, 6 papers and 4 works.

Our college is characterized by engineering majors, such as petrochemical, mechanical design and manufacturing, numerical control technology and so on. Based on Hainan and facing the whole country, the college adapts to the market and serves the society. The goal is to cultivate high-quality, applied and innovative talents with solid basic theoretical knowledge and strong practical application ability. At present, there are 3 digital voice rooms, 2 analog voice rooms, more than 20 multimedia classrooms, 600 computers, 3 CNC machining centers, 6 CNC machine tools, as well as electronic reading room, computer room (8), electronic and electrical laboratory (2), physical laboratory (2), mechanical drawing room (2), organic chemistry laboratory, general chemical laboratory, analytical chemistry laboratory, electronic and electrical laboratory Physical chemistry laboratory, instrument analysis laboratory, analytical balance laboratory, chemical engineering principle laboratory, petrochemical simulation training center, fine chemical simulation training center (a total of 12), optical fiber communication laboratory, automobile maintenance equipment, computer foundation Laboratory (6), solar photovoltaic laboratory, logistics laboratory, petroleum processing technology and other training bases can meet the requirements of the project In addition, it has a library, information center, chemical research center and digital campus network. The second phase of the project was completed on July 30, 2009, which can increase to 3 scientific research laboratories, 3 experimental demonstration bases in the hospital, and 19 numerical control equipment.
