Tianjin Bohai vocational and technical college is a public full-time general college approved by Tianjin Municipal People's government and registered by the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China. It is the only chemical vocational college in Tianjin.

The college has four campuses, the main campus is located in the West Bank of Beichen District.
