Chongqing Hailian Technical and Vocational College

Chongqing Hailian vocational and technical college, founded in 1999, is a private full-time general college approved by Chongqing Municipal People's government and put on record by the Ministry of education. It is included in the national enrollment plan and faces the national enrollment. In 2009, with the approval of Chongqing Municipal People's government, Southwest University of political science and law took over the college and became the investor, sponsor and manager of the college. In September 2013, Sichuan Pan American education group and Chongqing Binxin Group Co., Ltd. set up Chongqing Xinyuan Investment Co., Ltd. to integrate funds and jointly hold the college with Southwest University of political science and law. Sichuan Pan American education group is a large education group specialized in cultivating aviation talents. Our college will make joint efforts to create a new chapter in aviation vocational education with the help of the resource advantages of Sichuan Pan American Education Group aviation education and the education management advantages of Southwest University of political science and law.

The college is located in Huixing street, Yubei District, Chongqing, covering an area of 250 mu. In May 2013, with the strong support of Chongqing municipal government, the college has acquired 300 mu of land to build a new campus, which is located in the aviation industrial park of Liangjiang New District, Chongqing, China. As the high-end supporting talent training base of the park, it is committed to building a vocational college integrating aviation, scientific research, flight, service, management and manufacturing to cultivate practical talents in aviation industry, top management and service talents in aviation service industry and general aviation flight talents.

The new campus has a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan. According to the overall design concept of "humanities, science and technology, professional and international", it takes British classics as its architectural style and European royal garden as its landscape essence to build a beautiful, luxurious and international vocational college specialized in cultivating aviation talents. After the completion of the new campus, the college will also establish China's largest general aircraft and private aircraft pilot training base, become a leader in general aircraft and private aircraft pilot training, and become a first-class Chinese partner of overseas flight and pilot training institutions.

"Four in one" teaching team led by civil aviation experts

In order to practice the "seamless connection" with the industry standard, the college adheres to the principle of leading by civil aviation experts and supporting by double qualified teachers, takes the four in one of "waiters, comrades in arms, tutors and family" as the ultimate goal of teacher team construction, and creates a professional "core tutor group" according to the training objectives. 48 teachers have master's degree or above and deputy senior technical titles, including one municipal academic leader. The college also has an off campus part-time teaching team from civil aviation enterprises and national enterprises and institutions with medium and senior technical titles, rich practical experience and high teaching level.

The college has complete teaching and training conditions, sports venues and student living facilities, and shares resources with Southwest University of political science and law in international education projects, books and materials, teaching equipment and teaching venues. With a total value of 10.6543 million yuan of teaching instruments and equipment, the college has a national advanced professional training base, eight training centers for aviation service, flight attendant, tourism hotel management, civil aviation special vehicle maintenance and communication electronics, 19 key laboratories for project cost and customs declaration, 32 off campus practice bases, and has established a mental health education center and a sports center for learning The good conditions were laid for the formation.
