The fruiting bodies are clustered. The fungus cover is yellow to grass yellow, smooth, funnel-shaped, 3-10 cm wide; the fungus flesh is white, fleshy and fragrant; the stalk is slanting, white, 2-10 cm long, 0.5-1.5 cm thick, often connected with the base; the fungus fold is white, slightly dense, elongated, not forked, narrow to slightly wide. Spores are colorless and smooth.

On the fallen wood or trunk of broad-leaved trees such as elm and oak. It is distributed in Jilin, Hebei and other places.

[formula selection] ① treat wilt disease (muscle wilt); soak one jin of elm mushroom in yellow rice wine for nine days, steam nine days, and then bake it into yellow powder. Take one yuan each time.
