Small shrubs, 60-90 cm high. The stem has many branches and the branches have T-shaped hairs. The leaves are singularly pinnate compound, alternate, 5-6 cm long; the leaflets are 7-11, obovate or oblong, 1-2.5 cm long, 5-14 mm wide, with concave apex, entire margin, broad cuneate base, dark green above and light green below, with flat T-shaped hairs on both sides. Inflorescence racemose, axillary, 4-6cm long, bracts exfoliated; calyx small, oblique, green, hairy, 5-toothed, irregular; corolla butterfly, 5-petal, red purple or white, flag obovate, wing obovate, slightly connected with keel, keel erect, beakless, base two sides with short distance; stamen 10, 2-body; pistil single 1, ovary superior, oblong, glabrous, 1-locular, embryo There are 4-5 beads, and the stigmas are mostly brush like.
