[source] it is the tuber of Corydalis tursch aninovii Bess.
[plant morphology] perennial herb, 8-25cm high. The stem is a little thick, growing in the axils of scale leaves, and the scale leaves are larger, 2 cm long. There are 2-3 leaves on the upper part of the stem, 6-8 cm in length, 2-3-lobed, leaflets lanceolate or narrowly obovate, entire. Raceme terminal; petals 4, blue purple, upper lip apically 2-lobed, with short tip, rectangular cylinder, lower lip 2-lobed; stamen 6; pistil 1, strip-shaped. Capsule nearly moniliform, 1.5cm long. The flowering period is from April to May and the fruiting period is from June to July.
It grows under sparse forest or forest edge shrub, hillside slightly wetland. It is produced in Northeast China.
