Four times a day, take 1 capsule in the morning, after dinner and 2 capsules before going to bed. The course of treatment is 10 days. A total of 350 patients, aged 50-79 years, were treated. Results: 41 cases (11.7%) were cured and 112 cases (32%) were markedly effective. 130 cases of undiluted sputum were cultured, and all of them had bacterial growth, such as diplococcus catarrhalis, Diplococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus A, diphtheria, Haemophilus influenzae, Staphylococcus albicans, etc.; 96 cases of sputum culture were compared before and after treatment, and the positive rate after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment. This prescription has obvious antitussive, expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects, but its antiasthmatic effect is not strong enough.
