"Suoyang and Cistanche belong to the same category. If the Yin Qi is deficient, the essence and blood are decaying, and the stool is dry, it can be used to eat it and substitute Cistanche for porridge. You can know that although its nature is warm, its body is still moist. It is not necessary to use it for the fire failure of the life gate. Therefore, it is recorded in the book that those who do not have dry stool should not use it. Yizhi nature belongs to Yin category. That is to say, there are clouds that can nourish Yang, but also clouds that can nourish yin and promote Yang. It is not true that nature is attached to GUI and is the medicine of dryness and heat. "
