[plant morphology] the stem is cylindrical, near fleshy, 20-145 cm high and 1-1.7 cm thick. The leaves are papery, lanceolate, 13-19cm long, 3-4.5cm wide, apex pointed. The main inflorescence is a few day peduncle, lateral on leafy or leafless stem nodes; there are 2-20 bundles of inflorescences, each bundle has 2-6 flowers; the flowers are golden yellow, fleshy and fragrant. The lip is nearly fan-shaped. There are two purple plaques on the labial disc. The two plaques extend from the base to the middle, with fringes on the edge and villi on both sides. The flowering period is from May to September.
Born on rocks and trees. It is distributed in Guizhou, Guangxi and Yunnan.

It is light in weight and easy to break. Its cross section is gray brown and slightly fibrous. Most of the fresh stems bend to one side, with green surface, luster and heavy quality. The taste is slightly bitter and sticky.
