[plant morphology] Raspberry

Deciduous shrub, about 1 m high. Branches arched, curved, pubescent and obovate. Leaflets usually 3, sometimes 5, terminal leaflets rhombic ovate to broadly obovate, lateral leaflets usually broadly obovate, smaller, lobed, apex obtuse, base broadly cuneate, margin irregularly serrate, sparsely pilose above, densely white short tomentose below; stipules acicular.
