[plant morphology] Aconitum carmichaeli
Perennial creeping herbs. The root of tuber is obconic. The stem is 1-3 meters long, winding, ascending or bending. Leaf blade broadly ovate pentagonal, stipitate, 3-lobed, lobes ovate lanceolate, notched, central lobe 3-lobed, lateral lobes unequally 2-lobed. Raceme terminal, densely spreading white pilose; flowers blue purple, with short peduncle; sepals 5, petaloid, above a large and helmet shaped; petals 2; stamens numerous; carpels 3-5, glabrous or slightly hairy. Follicles.
Born in alpine forest, grassland. It is distributed in Northeast China.
This product is used as Aconitum kusnezoffii in Northeast China.
