Among them, 23 cases were cured recently (main symptoms disappeared, hepatomegaly returned to normal or no change, liver function examination was normal), 2 cases were improved obviously (main symptoms disappeared, hepatomegaly returned to normal or no change, liver function examination, thymol turbidity test improved, other items were normal). The average cure time was 20 days. The recovery of appetite was the most rapid and significant. After 2 days of treatment, the appetite improved and returned to normal after 9 days. The average time of recovery of liver function was 16.5 days, the average time of recovery of serum bilirubin was 13.8 days, and the average time of recovery of thymol turbidity test was 24.7 days. Among the cured cases, 13 cases had liver function reexamination within 3 months after discharge, of which 12 cases were normal; 1 case had glutamic pyruvic transaminase above 119 units one month after discharge (which may be related to premature drug withdrawal and immediate physical exercise), and then returned to normal after treatment with Artemisia selengensis. Preparation and usage: wash and chop the whole herb (dry product) of Artemisia selengensis, decoct it in water twice, 1 hour each time, combine the solution, concentrate it to 500 grams of crude drug in 500 ml solution, and add appropriate amount of preservative. Adults should take it twice a day, 50-100ml each time, and children should reduce it. At the same time, vitamin B1, vitamin C and yeast tablets were taken orally; patients with high fever or a few patients who could not eat at the initial stage were given 10% glucose solution intravenously for 1-3 days. After taking the above dosage of Artemisia selengensis Decoction for a short time, the liver function of individual patients did not recover quickly, but recovered to normal soon after taking double dosage of Artemisia selengensis decoction. Therefore, when the therapeutic effect is not significant, the adult dose can be increased to 200 grams per day (crude drug), and no adverse reactions are found. One patient took 250 ml of decoction daily without side effects.

After mixing, add proper amount of sesame oil (about 60 ml) which has been sterilized by dry heat to make a thin paste for external use. When using, mix well. If there is massive condensation, it must be stirred and ground before using. Twenty four cases of second and third degree burns were treated. Some of them were applied 2-4 times and healed after 3-5 days. Others were changed 6-10 times and healed after 2-3 weeks. For severe burn patients, attention should be paid to the treatment of systemic complications, such as transfusion, blood transfusion, plasma transfusion, and the application of antibiotics.
