Bitter and smooth.

[formula selection] ① for chronic dysentery and watery diarrhea: Quercus liaotungensis shell and bark or root bark are three coins each. Take it in water.

② Treatment of ulcers, carbuncle: Liaodong oak shell and bark or root bark each five money. Wash the affected area with boiling water.
