[discussion by famous experts] 1. In the book of medicinal herbs, Su Geng can make the stagnation of Qi go up and down, and all kinds of products are pure and good. It is milder than Fructus aurantii. The deficiency of the disease, wide chest and diaphragm, sparse gas but not fast down. If you enter Antai drink, you can nourish Yin along Qi; if you enter Xiaozhang decoction, you can disperse deficiency and fullness. "
② "Lu Shan Tang Lei Bian" says: "the branches and stems of Perilla can connect the blood vessels. Therefore, Mr. Yi Silan often uses the stems of Perilla to connect the orifices of the twelve meridians to treat the fullness of the pharyngeal diaphragm, relieve the constipation, and stop the redness and whiteness. It is also used to treat nausea, diaphragmatic food, hematemesis and bleeding without cutting off. The liver governs the blood and the heart governs the pulse. If the blood is dredged, then the food and drink will melt. According to the classic, Yang collateral injury leads to hematemesis, Yin collateral injury leads to hematemesis. "
