[English name] rhizomacordalis decumentis
[source] this product is the dry tuber of Corydalis ducmbens (Thunb.) pers.
After emergence in spring or early summer, collect and dig, remove stems, leaves and fibrous roots, wash and dry.
[character] the product is spherical, oblong or irregular, 0.5-3cm in length and 0.5-2.5cm in diameter. The surface is grayish yellow, dark green or dark brown, with nodular protuberances and indistinct fine wrinkles. The top is blunt and round, and stem marks can be seen. There are pale yellow punctate leaf marks and fibrous root marks around. Hard, yellow white or yellow section, granular or horny, some slightly powdery. Odorless and bitter.
[identification] (1) take 4G of crude powder, add 25ml of 1% sodium carbonate solution, immerse in boiling water bath for 5 minutes, filter, adjust pH value of filtrate to 6 with dilute hydrochloric acid, add 15ml chloroform and shake to extract. Take 2ml chloroform solution, add 1ml sulfuric acid, shake, sulfuric acid layer is brown red, brown black after placed.
(2) Take about 4G powder of this product, add 40ml chloroform methanol concentrated ammonia test solution (5:1:0.1), ultrasonic treatment for 30min, filter, concentrate the filtrate to dryness, add 2ml methanol to dissolve the residue, as the test solution.
