[source] it is the inner wall of the sacs of ducks. See "goose" for animal morphology.
[collection] it can be harvested all year round. After killing the goose, take out the gizzard, cut open, peel underwear, wash and dry.
[medicinal material] the dried goose inner gold is a round or broken piece, about 3cm in diameter and 1mm in thickness. Its surface is yellowish white or grayish yellow, smooth and lusterless. Its edge is slightly rolled in and there are short dentate cracks on the edge. It's tough and crisp. It's smelly.
Functions and indications: invigorate the spleen, stop dysentery and help digestion.
[usage and dosage] oral administration: decoction, 1.5-3 yuan; or grinding powder.
