The leaves are ovoid, 2-fold and 3-pinnate, with 3-lobed leaflets. The final lobes are oblong, 4-8 cm long and 2-3 cm wide. The apex is acuminate, the base is wedge-shaped or round, the edge is irregularly double serrated, both sides are pubescent, and the leaves on the upper part of the stem are simplified into expanded leaf sheaths. Compound umbels terminal or lateral, lacking involucres; umbels 10-25, rarely up to 45, unequal, densely yellow pubescent; umbels with 15-30 flowers; involucres 5-8, lanceolate; flowers white; calyx teeth short triangle; petals 5, equal, broadly ovate, apex pointed, inflexed; stamens 5, filaments inflected; ovary inferior.
