Main achievements
Achievements in scientific research
He has been engaged in the research of molecular and cellular biological mechanism of nervous system diseases for a long time. We systematically studied the gene expression profiles of dorsal root ganglion and spinal cord in chronic pain, and found new pain information regulation systems such as endogenous sodium potassium pump agonists, which provided a new theoretical basis for clinical analgesia and drug research and development. The interaction between opioid receptor subtypes in nociceptive neurons and the correlation between opioid receptor subtypes and morphine tolerance were found, which expanded the research direction of receptor complex function and drugs. It is found that fibroblast growth factor 13 (fgf13) regulates the development of neurons and brain by stabilizing microtubules, and elucidates the mechanism of mental retardation caused by fgf13 gene defect.
