Wang Shoucai, male, born in February 1968 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China with a college degree. He is the Secretary General of the sheep industry association of Zhuzhen Town, Liuhe District, an agronomist and an advanced individual in the district's agricultural system. It was awarded the title of Nanjing model worker from 2006 to 2008. Seize the opportunity of agricultural structure adjustment in Zhuzhen and develop sheep industry in accordance with local conditions. In 2000, with the concern of higher authorities and the support of all walks of life, Zhuzhen sheep industry association was established.
