After "the mountains are vast and the waters are vast -- on the northwest of Hubei", Mei Jie, a famous female writer from Shiyan, made a great impact on the whole country in her latest masterpiece "the great river goes to the north". The 70 million mu south to North Water Diversion Project and the 3 million mu south to North Water Diversion Project are of great significance.
A river and a woman
Shiyan nationality, woman, writer and Han River complex are Mei Jie's identity symbols. In fact, according to the age when she left her hometown and the length of time she left, she should be a stranger, but this stranger spent all her life following her hometown.
Meijie is a woman, a passionate woman. Love is intense, love is hot, there is more investment, there is more crazy, from her personal life of love, to life with Hanshui follow, are so no regrets.
Mei Jie was only 15 years old when she left her hometown of Shiyan (also called Yunyang at that time). In the following decades, from the south to the north, from the capital to the desert, from a young girl to a wife, from a right-wing child with poor family background to a famous writer, her life has been polished more and more like the pebbles on the beach of Hanjiang River, the big river in her hometown. She is so smooth and tough. No matter where she goes, no matter what her status, this affectionate woman always has in her heart the feeling of nostalgia and nostalgia of collecting and releasing the stones of the Hanjiang River.
Deep rooted childhood memories
Mei Jie was born and raised by the Han River. In her deep-rooted childhood memory, the water of Hanjiang River comes to Yunyang, the small town where she was born, with a remote mystery. It encircles the town and nestles in its arms like a peninsula. The trackers are crawling along the beach with feet and hands on the ground. They are curled up in the sun and their backs are bulging. She is the curious little girl who always likes to step her little feet into the deep big feet of the trackers. The sand on her little toes is shining, and she has been walking along the river At that time, there was always a grand festival along the Hanjiang River in May of the lunar calendar. Mei Jie and her friends hang silk thread sachets sewn by their mothers on their chests. In the sachets are fragrant AI Peng, with wine mixed with realgar smeared on their ears. They pull their mother's skirt and go to the riverside to attend Qu Yuan's ceremony. They crowded in the crowd with their mothers, and their eyes were always trying hard to find their father, the vigorous swimmers who were swimming in the hundreds of meters wide Hanjiang River.
Using literature to express the spiritual world after leaving home
After leaving her hometown, Mei Jie studied and lived outside, and then wrote this feeling in her unique way: trying to talk to her world in the form of righteousness. When she brought her grief, sorrow, loneliness and yearning, confused and restless soul, long-standing desire and dream, difficult experience and embarrassment of life, as well as piety and worship of life and beauty to the world in the way of literature, she found that in her spiritual hometown, there is always the charming, motherly quiet and beautiful river in her hometown.
In the old town outside the Great Wall, he tells the memory of his hometown
In 1980, Mei Jie began to write down her initial gratitude to the world in the old town outside the Great Wall. She often tells herself the memories of her hometown with tears in her eyes, day after day, and then she enters into the artistic conception of life that she constantly loses and gains I feel a kind of sadness and pain close to me. My hometown is so far away, but the past comes to me.... " That's what Maggie wrote. The winter wind outside the Great Wall is whistling, beating her window lattice pasted with white linen paper, the fire of the stove is out, her son is asleep and grows up She wrote in this way, she saw the hometown of the south in her own words for decades, saw the labor, patience and indelibility of life, saw her and her relatives always hand in hand, through all time and space, and finally walked back to their home
Entanglement is so deep, acacia is so long, all the entanglement and Acacia are so lasting. The hometown of Meijie is first a place name that can't be found on the map, then the shallow affection after years of separation, and finally the memory of yongjue because of the overall water burial in Yunyang city.
Entanglement: Hometown Complex of life
In October 1991, Mei Jie returned to her hometown 31 years after she left her hometown. At this time, Yunyang, the ancient city where she was born, was sunk due to the construction of Danjiangkou Hydropower Project. Mei Jie learned that hundreds of thousands of immigrants had spent decades of slash and burn farming in barren mountains with little subsidy. The unimaginable reality made her have a clear understanding of the sacrifice and dedication of her hometown people on this land and a conscious examination. After a few months' visit, Mei Jie completed the 80000 word documentary literature on Northwest Hubei in 1992. The work was published in the second issue of October magazine in 1993, which reflects the great sacrifice and dedication made by the people of Northwest Hubei for the third line construction.
"Yes, what happened on the riverside and what will leave me forever has become a complex that entangles me for the rest of my life. It's God's gift of a river that flows far to me and goes far away from me..." When Mei Jie said these words, she looked like a woman in love. She was gentle and sweet, and some of her feelings went deep into her heart.
One soil and water and one project
This is a century old dream about water in China.
From the beginning of the 21st century, the South-to-North Water Diversion Project was started one after another and completed in 2050, with a planning and implementation period of 50 years; from the beginning of the 1950s to the end of the 20th century, it took 50 years for exploration, demonstration and planning.
In the 50 years of planning, the total static investment of the project is as high as 500 billion yuan. The three water diversion projects in the north-south direction and the Yangtze River, Huaihe River, Yellow River and Haihe River in the east-west direction cross each other in China's territory, which will eventually form a rare "China Network" of water resources in the world. This is the most magnificent inter basin water transfer project in the world. It is unprecedented in the history of water conservancy in China and even in the world. It is also the most urgent project for a country with the largest population and less than 1 / 4 of the world's per capita water resources to maintain good survival and sustainable development.
On September 26, 2005, the Danjiangkou Dam on the middle line was raised to 176.6 meters. Hanjiang River can directly connect central China, North China, Beijing and Tianjin. By 2010, when the first phase of the project is completed, 9.5 billion tons of domestic and industrial water will be provided to 44 cities along the line, such as Henan, Hebei, Beijing and Tianjin. After the completion of the second phase project in 2030, 12 billion to 13 billion tons of water can be supplied to the above areas annually.
According to the plan of the south to North Water Diversion Project, the water level of Danjiangkou reservoir has been increased to 170 meters, and the storage capacity has been increased to more than 29 billion cubic meters. After the heightening of the dam, more than 300 square kilometers of land in Yunxian County, Danjiangkou, Yunxi, Zhangwan and Xichuan, Henan, will sink to the bottom of the river again.
For Danjiangkou reservoir area, the Middle Route Project of South to north water diversion is faced with land and home sinking again. Since the construction of Danjiangkou Dam in 1958 and the impoundment in 1967, 382000 people have left their homes. With the start of the south to North Water Diversion Project, 270000 people will set foot on the road of migration again, 270000 mu of land will sink into the bottom of the river again, along with 16 market towns, 160 enterprises, more than 1200 kilometers of roads, more than 1800 kilometers of communication and broadcasting lines, 35 bridges, 8 hydropower stations, more than 200 pumping stations, hundreds of archaeological sites, and countless blood consumption in nearly half a century The life and emotion built up by sweat

Hanjiang River, a long and clear river, will become a crucial well in North China
