Zhao Xinyu, founder and chief executive officer of Wu Ling Lu Ling technology, co-founder and chief executive officer of world state travel network, holds bachelor's and master's degrees from school of labor and personnel of Renmin University of China and Business School of Cardiff University, UK. Zhao Xinyu, graduated from Renmin University of China and Business School of Cardiff University in the UK, is the winner of the first "outstanding alumni in the world studying in the UK, entrepreneur Achievement Award". He once worked in China Telecom and other enterprises, and joined ZTE in 2004.
