Character evaluation
Zhai Junjie exudes the unique temperament of soldiers - heroism. He said it was a military fashion, and showed it all in his films. In his films, we can always see the "sunshine" attitude, a positive, upward and youthful attitude (Xinhua review). Zhai Junjie not only maintains a young creative attitude in art, but also gives positive encouragement to the creative enthusiasm of young people. He often says that we should understand the differences of young people and give them a tolerant creative space, because they are most sensitive to fashion and learn the fastest. Although sometimes it is inevitable that there will be a kind of extreme, artistic creation is to collect fruits and gain experience in failure. Zhai Dao always gives enthusiastic help and guidance to young people who come to seek advice. He said that artistic creation is a hard road, and it is necessary to endure loneliness through unremitting efforts and constant pursuit (Sohu Entertainment review). when watching the films directed by Zhai Junjie, there is always a strong emotion in the heart with the development of the plot and the change of the characters' fate. This emotion comes not only from the war momentum and the fierce war scenes in the film, but also from the heroism shown in the film. From "my long march" to "bloody battle of Taierzhuang", from "decisive battle" to "the Republic will never forget", this kind of emotion follows the process of Chinese revolution with his works, traverses the historical time and space, and shows the immortal tenacious spirit of the Chinese nation. In the film, audiences go through, feel and understand the red history again (Tencent Entertainment review).
