Character evaluation
Gu Changwei is easy-going, low-key, and very friendly. In the interview, although he didn't speak much, he spoke in a soft tone. He answered every question thoroughly. He put everything in his heart, precipitated into the years, can not see but can feel his strong. Gu Changwei is not very good at expressing himself. He is not used to sensational words. Even if he expresses the most primitive emotions, he can only achieve the inner heat wave and the surface is still calm. Gu Changwei's talent has been brought into full play. His "beach", "children king", "Red Sorghum" and other photographic works are rich in connotation and beautiful in style, which capture the sense of life of nature. He creatively uses the means of photographic modeling to show the visual image with shocking force and deep artistic conception. (comments on Beijing News and Sanqin Metropolis Daily). Gu Changwei is a talented man with hard work. He seems to give people the impression that he is not good at talking and his proverbs are silent. In fact, when he is interested, he will talk and maneuver. One idea after another can be called a creative master. Many of his fantastic ideas will be refreshing. It is precisely because he is very good at observing the details of life, has the courage to think, is diligent in reading, and has accumulated rich literary and artistic qualities that he can often burst out his most creative ideas in his seemingly ordinary speech. The charm of Gu Changwei's 100 yuan photography lies not only in exploring the amplification of micro formal beauty, but also in bringing people's vision from the familiar image of 100 yuan into a strange aesthetic vision. The deeper significance lies in the fact that the art works are full of positive energy of truth, goodness and beauty, and contain profound connotation (review of China culture daily). Gu Changwei graduated from the Photography Department of Beijing Film Academy. His strong point is the expression of lens language. Gu Changwei uses high-tech means to show his unique artistic creation style with film and television shooting skills and montage shooting techniques. Through the special way of showing multi angle and emotion, he leads the audience into his art world (Beijing Evening News Review).
