Zhan yingyu, also known as Zhan Xiaowei, is a Taiwanese female director with a master's degree in film production from the Chicago Academy of Arts. In 1995, just after graduating from the Department of foreign languages at NTU, he finished three short films in one breath: "driving in memory" (feature film, 22 minutes), "Taipei horse 1 / 2" (documentary film, 6 minutes, won the golden ear Award for 1996 video), and "completely missing" (feature film, 45 minutes).
