Ma Guohua

Ma Guohua, male, Han nationality, was born in March 1959 in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province. In October 1976, he began to work as a member of the Communist Party of China and a graduate student.

He is now deputy director of the Management Committee of China (Zhejiang) pilot free trade zone.
