Wang Xing, male, Han nationality, was born in November 1956 in Dalian, Liaoning Province. He started work in May 1974 and joined the party in October 1985.

He is currently Deputy Director of the internal affairs and judicial work committee of the Standing Committee of Gansu Provincial People's Congress.

On February 16, 2011, Wang Xing was appointed director of Lanzhou Public Security Bureau at the second meeting of the Standing Committee of the 15th Lanzhou Municipal People's Congress. on January 12, 2016, the 21st Meeting of the 12th Standing Committee of Gansu Provincial People's Congress approved that Wang Xing was deputy director of the internal affairs and judicial work committee of the Standing Committee of Gansu Provincial People's Congress.
