Luo Guanlan is a representative of the Academy of performing arts in Hong Kong. He graduated from the Department of history, Hong Kong Baptist University, master of East West drama studies, Middlesex University, London, UK. He is a graduate of postgraduate drama from the school of professional studies, University of Hong Kong. He has also taken a certificate course from the rich country Institute of Education (Department of history and Geography) and the sesame Institute, London, UK, UK "behavioral and dramatic therapy" certificate course.

He has been a tutor and consultant of TVB artistes training class in Hong Kong, as well as a tutor of actor training class of many film companies, and the president of actor training class of "China Star" film company. He has also taught "creative process" course in Hong Kong University of science and technology. He is now a senior lecturer at the Hong Kong Academy for performing arts, director of Koon workshop and course designer.

Graduated from the History Department of Hong Kong Baptist University, he is a former chief actor of Hong Kong Drama Company, and is often active on the stage.
