Production steps:
Step 1: break broccoli into small flowers, rinse with water and soak in a little salt for 5 minutes
Step 2: Boil the broccoli in a pan
Step 3: blanch time should not be too long, about a minute, and then take out the water control
Step 4: peel and slice potatoes
Step 5: cut green onion and garlic and set aside
