Production steps:
Step 1: prepare ingredients: soak tremella and lotus seeds, remove heart from lotus seeds, remove impurities and old parts from roots of tremella, tear them into small pieces and wash them for standby, wash jujube and wolfberry for standby
Step 2: put Tremella fuciformis, lotus seed and jujube into the pot, add water, cover, bring to a boil over high heat, adjust to low heat and boil for 2.5-3 hours
Step 3: tremella soup begins to thicken, add rock sugar to boil
