jujube-paste stuffing
Introduction:
"To make jujube cake for my daughter, I made jujube stuffing first. I made jujube paste stuffing at home without sugar, but it was still very sweet, with a little acid in the sweet, very good taste. Then we made jujube cake with homemade jujube paste stuffing. LG and her daughter can't help but eat more than half o (∩) of a plate of jujube paste cake just out of the oven_ ∩)O~”
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the jujube, soak it in warm water for 30 minutes, steam it in electric pressure cooker (steamed red beans and mung beans at the same time, made three kinds of stuffing).
Step 2: add brown sugar to steamed red beans, mash them and stir them evenly to form red bean stuffing.
Step 3: take out the steamed jujube, cool it and remove the core (if you want to taste more delicate, peel off the skin of the jujube).
Step 4: put the processed jujube into the blender and add appropriate amount of Chengfen.
Step 5: add olive oil. Stir into mud.
Step 6: make a good jujube paste filling, sweet with a little bit of acid, is the taste I want.
Materials required:
Jujube: right amount
Chengfen: right amount

Note: 1, jujube itself is very sweet, do not need to add sugar. If you like sweet, add some sugar. 2. Without a blender, you can peel and core the cooked jujube directly, and then add Chengfen and olive oil to mash it.
