Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: beat the eggs, add 30 degree water, add yeast, milk powder, salt and sugar to dissolve, add flour and knead into the initial development stage, add cream and knead until the mold is completely expanded to make the dough.
Step 2: face up to about 2.5 times.
Step 3: then knead into a smooth dough to exhaust.
Step 4: then divide into 16 equal parts.
Step 5: knead round to wake up for about 5-10 minutes. It's easy to get plastic.
Step 6: then press flat and add bean paste stuffing to make steamed buns.
Step 7: then slightly reshape and round.
Step 8: after pressing flat, I cut eight holes with scissors. I didn't cut them as well with a knife.
Step 9: then put the oil paper into the baking tray, put it into the oven and wake up for about 15 minutes.
Step 10: Brush egg liquid on the surface of the bread, press it with a rolling pin or hand, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Step 11: preheat the oven at 190 ℃ for 15-18 minutes.
Step 12: cool the baked bread slightly and keep it in a fresh bag.
Materials required:
High gluten flour: 400g
Low gluten flour: 40g
Fine granulated sugar: 50g
Salt: 1.5g
Small egg: no one in the original formula
Water: 220 g, 230 g in the original formula
Salt free cream or corn oil: 15g
Sesame: right amount
Egg liquid: 25g
Red bean paste filling: About 200g
Note: 1. The noodles are a little bit more delicious, more sugar and oil will be more soft, but I hope it is more healthy, not so much oil and sugar. 2. It's warm now. It can be fermented at room temperature for about 2 hours. 3. The rest of the bread tastes better when it's slightly warmed in the oven. 4. Butter can also be changed into butter or vegetable oil.
