Leisha Tangyuan
Introduction:
"In the Folk Lantern Festival, there is the custom of eating tangyuan. Tangyuan is made of glutinous rice, either solid or with stuffing. It can be boiled, fried, steamed or fried. Production steps:
Step 1: pour the Chengfen into a large bowl.
Step 2: pour the boiling water into the bowl and blanch the Chengfen.
Step 3: add glutinous rice flour.
Step 4: add cold water and make a dough.
Step 5: prepare white sesame, cooked peanut and cooked black sesame.
Step 6: add cooked lard and stir well.
Step 7: add appropriate amount of cake powder to make the filling of tangyuan.
Step 8: divide the dough into proper size.
Step 9: shape it into a nest.
Step 10: pack in the stuffing.
Step 11: wrap all the dumplings one by one.
Step 12: after boiling the water in the pot, pour in the dumplings; bring to a boil, pour in cold water three times and bring to a boil; cook until all the dumplings float.
Step 13: take out the dumplings and drain.
Step 14: then put the cooked dumplings in a container containing peanut powder.
Step 15: roll the dumplings so that the cooked dumplings are covered with peanut powder.
Step 16: repack to plate and serve.
Step 17: Leisha Tangyuan is delicious, soft and glutinous.

Glutinous rice flour: 400g
Chengfen: 200g
White Sesame: 50g
Peanuts: 200g
Cooked soybean powder: 40g
Black Sesame: 50g
Honey orange tea: right amount
Cooked lard: 100g
Note: 1. After sesame filling is adjusted, it can be divided into small pieces for easy use. 2. Soybean and peanut powder to be rolled almost into powder, in order to make the powder stick evenly on the dumplings. 3. Glutinous rice dumplings are made of glutinous rice flour. They are not easy to digest and have a bad stomach. And after eating, it's better to have another bowl of soup, just as the so-called "original soup turns into original food".
