Production steps:
Step 1: wash the meat and cut it into strips about 3cm thick and 5cm wide. Wipe the water with kitchen paper
Step 2: put the meat into the container, add scallion and ginger slices, add BBQ sauce and soy sauce (the amount is on the BBQ sauce bottle)
Step 3: marinate for 24 hours. Remember to put it in the refrigerator!
