Fried bacon with peas
Introduction:
"When you think about what's good to fry bacon, do you recall that Bacon always goes with crisp vegetables, such as mustard and garlic sprouts. Peas are always delicious. Bacon is sweet and putrid, with the crisp and sweet taste of Dutch beans, which is my favorite dish with bacon. I'd like to share my experience with you
Production steps:
Step 1: shred the Dutch beans, and then break each pod into two sections (fried bacon is more delicious)
Step 2: slice the sausage and bacon into a bowl and set aside. Cut the pepper leaves into strips and set aside.
Step 3: if the bacon like me is fatter, you can fry the oil in low heat first, then pour in the sausage and fry it for about 1-2 minutes to let the bacon come out.
Step 4: transfer to medium heat, add pepper and peas, stir fry for 5-8 minutes, add 5 drops of sesame oil and a small amount of salt to taste.
Step 5: pack rice bowls, saute bacon with peas and leave it for lunch the next day. The taste is still so delicious, so I like to take my lunch to work.
Materials required:
Bacon: 100g
Pea: 600g
Sausage: 3
Pepper: 3
Salt: small amount
Sesame oil: 5 drops
Note: 1. Because bacon and sausage are easy to scorch, it's OK to keep the fire medium. 2. Salt must be put less, salt seasoning is mainly to force out the sweet taste of Holland beans, bacon itself is sweet and salty, so salt must be put less. 3. The main purpose of setting fire to sesame oil is to increase freshness and prevent the constipation caused by eating too much bacon.
