Pig liver soup
Introduction:
"Pig liver is a good blood tonic, but it is not suitable for people with high cholesterol. Pork liver can be fried or stewed. I prefer the light "pig liver soup."
Production steps:
Step 1: main and auxiliary materials: pig liver, luffa and scallion
Step 2: wash the liver and slice it. Rinse with clean water. Marinate with salt and cooking wine for 5 minutes.
Step 3: add starch to the pickled pork liver. Gently and repeatedly grasp to make it size.
Step 4: add proper amount of oil, grasp evenly, and seal the water.
Step 5: Boil the water in a pot, blanch the pig liver, change color and remove. Rinse clean and set aside.
Step 6: boil water in a pan, add sponge gourd slices and shredded green onion. Bring to a boil and season with salt.
Step 7: put in the spare liver.
