Strawberry Dafu
Introduction:
"Sweet and delicious strawberry Dafu, you can take it with you during spring outing."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash strawberries, soak them in light salt water for a while, take them out and wipe them with water or dry them thoroughly. Spread glutinous rice flour at the bottom of the plate, turn the microwave oven to high heat for one minute to make cake flour (you can also stir fry in a pan until it is slightly yellow).
Step 2: mix the glutinous rice flour and water in the ratio of 1:1, add a little sugar and a spoonful of oil according to personal taste (I forgot to add it, but it seems that there is no problem). Mix well.
Step 3: turn the mixture of glutinous rice flour in microwave oven for two minutes, take it out and mix well with a spoon.
Step 4: raise the heat for another two minutes, remove and mix well.
Step 5: add high heat for another 30s ~ 1min, remove and mix well, it will become a very Q and sticky dough. Let cool.
Step 6: cut off the strawberries and wrap them with red bean paste (if the bean paste is too sticky, you can use the plastic wrap; if it is coarse, you only need water on your hands).
Step 7: scrape the cooled dough into the cake powder with a spoon and let it stick to the cake powder, which is not so sticky.
Step 8: divide the dough into small pieces (if you want to make a few Dafu, divide them into small pieces). Pinch the small pieces into dumpling skin and put them on your hand. Take the strawberry wrapped with red bean paste and put the tip down into the dough on your hand (note that the tip is down. If it's not easy to take pictures, I'll put the tip up). Pull up the edge of the dough to the bottom of the strawberry, close the mouth, and then straighten it slightly integer
Materials required:
Strawberries: how many
Red bean paste: right amount
Glutinous rice flour: one cup
Water: one cup
White granulated sugar: right amount
Note: 1. It is suggested to use homemade coarse red bean paste, and the fine red bean paste bought in supermarket has more moisture. If there is too much water, it can be heated slightly in the microwave oven. After taking it out, it can be quickly turned to make the water evaporate. If the bean paste is too sticky, you can use the preservative film. If it is coarse bean paste, you can wrap it directly as long as you have water on your hand. 2. Don't wrap bean paste at the bottom of the strawberry, that is, the place where the stalk is cut off, when wrapping bean paste on the strawberry, otherwise the strawberry is easy to come out of the water, which is not conducive to preservation. 3. When wrapping the dough, pay attention to the direction of placing strawberries, the tip of strawberries is downward, so that the Dafu is beautiful. 4. Eat strawberries in a short time after they are made, and don't put them for too long, or they will come out of water and harden the skin.
