Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pigskin, remove the remaining PigHair, and scrape the oil from the pigskin.
Step 2: add water to the pan, add ginger slices and scallion.
Step 3: after boiling, add the pigskin and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4: cook and remove.
Step 5: clean it in clean water. Scrape off the remaining oil on the inside of the pigskin again.
Step 6: after scraping, cut into uniform filaments.
Step 7: clean with clean water twice after cutting, then add orange peel, scallion, ginger slices, star anise and proper amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, and then turn to pot over low heat.
Step 8: after half an hour, remove the orange peel, scallion, star anise and ginger slices, and continue to cook for 1 hour.

Step 10: put half of it into a container and refrigerate until it freezes.

Note: 1: the pigskin must be cleaned, if there is residual PigHair, you can prepare a special eyebrow forceps to remove, good use. If you do this step after the first chuoshui, it's much easier than pulling it on the pig skin. 2: Scrape the grease off the inside of the pigskin. 3: Clean twice after cutting, so that the pigskin jelly will be transparent and not turbid.
